Driving Directions & Meeting Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: Late check-in’s - Clients arriving at The ZINDIS Group office after 6:00 pm will incur a $35 fee / after 9pm will incur a $50 fee. Please be prepared to pay this in cash upon your arrival.
When you are about to leave the car rental agency, the airport, or another Costa Rica location, please call the numbers below to notify us that you are on your way. This is to assure us that we are aware of your estimated arrival time and are available for your check-in. Please do not email or text to notify us as it may not always be received.
If you do not have a working cell phone, the local car agencies, hotels, etc are very kind about allowing the use of their phones.

Our ZINDIS office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00, Saturday 8:30-5:00 and by appointment for after-hour arrivals and on Sundays.
