The neighborhood
Hermosa Heights is a hillside residential enclave above Playa Hermosa in Guanacaste, offering privacy, sweeping views and convenient access to beach-town amenities. From your vantage point, you’re just a short drive down to the Blue-Flag beach, restaurants and shops of the town. The Liberia International Airport (LIR) is approximately 30 minutes away, making travel direction-friendly.

“Beautiful home and view of the ocean. ”
Beautiful home and view of the ocean. Although the check-in process on airbnb says self check-in, they were encouraging us to stop by the office so they could have a manager take us to show us the home. They wanted a time we would be by. Since you never know how flight times will go and then stopping for shopping because the warehouse store was right by the airport, we weren't sure and stuck with the self checkin. The only problem with that is there was no information in the home to explain what day the trash would come, or if the tap water is safe to drink or that you would need to hit a switch on the wall to get the dishwasher to work. They really need a book left in the home that gives you all that information. I also wouldn't say the kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of plates, cups and utensils for eating, but not much for cooking utensils. Yes we would stay again as it was very comfortable other then the few things I listed.
“This home is stunning!”
This home is stunning! It is truly a luxury vacation home! Spectacular views! The only drawback was that my kids didn't want to leave the pool to go sightseeing! It is walkable distance to Playa Hermosa, but the drive up is a bit steep. We had a car and mostly drove everywhere. The management company was attentive and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back again!
