“You can’t miss this property”
This home is located inside Pacifico Properties. The properties have a security gate for entry w an assigned QR code. The house has an open floor plan with a beautiful outside patio and pool overlooking Papagayo bay. Everything inside is modern and pristine and feels like a new build. 5 minute drive from everything you need in Playa del Coco. Close to several awesome beaches and close to a great dive shop (Rocket Frog). You can’t miss w this property. Enjoy Costa Rica everyone!
“Zindis is very responsive”
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home & it exceeded all expectations, for a 2nd time! The property was immaculate, with every detail meticulously attended to, and upon checking in I saw the tail-end of just how hard these folks were working to keep this looking new. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the breathtaking views of the ocean, which provided a serene backdrop to our entire visit. Additionally, the convenience of being able to easily rent a golf cart from the Pacifico Gallery office assured accessibility to exploring the area. You can easily Uber into this location or take a shuttle, and survive with the golf cart. Overall, I cannot recommend this rental home highly enough for anyone seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Zindis is very responsive, answered every question, and the host at the home 'Fabrizio' is like family - amazing person!
“We highly recommend the house.”
The house was as expected. Everything was clean, updated/new and in superb condition. The house was beautiful and spacious, and the community services and facilities were plentiful. The house is on a steep hill so make sure to rent a car or golf cart. Taxies can be a bit difficult to get during the peak Holiday weeks. Only two things that would make this place truly 5-stars is having kitchen equipped with more dishes (we often ran out of them after a single meal) and a little more responsive/timely concierge. Neither of these are a reason to pass on this house as everyone was very friendly and attentive in general. We highly recommend the house.
“Lovely location ”
This location is beautiful with easy access to the playas del Coco. The view is gorgeous as is the house itself. We loved our time there and wish it could have been longer. The lots close by are under construction because it is a new area being developed, so construction vehicles and noise could be heard only during the day. Lovely location and so comfortable with a/c and bedrooms for all the kids!
