Welcome to Casa Pom Pom — perched within the exclusive hillside enclave of Monte Paraiso above Playa Hermosa, this stunning two-story villa presents unrivalled bay views, refined design and exceptional comfort for up to 10–12 guests. With five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and a blend of indoor luxury with outdoor spectacle, the home is designed for groups who expect both elegance and ease.
Vaulted ceilings, sweeping glass walls and wood accents create an expansive yet warm interior. Step outside onto the wrap-around terrace where the infinity pool visually merges with the Pacific horizon, offering a perfect vantage over Culebra Bay, Coco Bay and the peninsula beyond. Lounge chairs float atop the shallow sun shelf of the pool, perfect for basking under Costa Rica’s vibrant sunsets.
Each bedroom offers generous space and privacy: the master suite provides a king bed, ensuite bath with double sinks, dual showers and a soaking tub — the ultimate retreat after a day of sun and surf. Additional suites and guest rooms are thoughtfully arranged for flexibility and comfort. “I love the location of this house.”
I love the location of this house. What a great view and not far from beaches, stores, and restaurants. The office was easy to find, and a house host took us to the house to explain everything. It felt very safe in a gated community and a separate gate for the house. Our only issue with the place was the lack of hot water. I sent a message to report it and they did send someone to fix it, but it was out again by the next morning.

Our group of 10 adults were extremely pleased with our stay at Casa PomPom. The highlight was definitely the pool and view on the ocean from the pool. The outdoor terrasse was large enough for eating, lounging around the pool and even dancing. The Casa is located between sea and mountain in a gated community with a bunch of beautiful homes. The location is only a few minutes away by car from beautiful Playa Hermosa. Car rental is a must. Milena was very responsive to our party's special requests. She even provided the contact of a doctor on New Year's day for private consultation. Thanks to Milena and the Zindis group, we felt safe and very welcome. I definitely recommend Casa PomPom for large families or a group of friends.
“Fantastic spot!”
Fantastic spot! Killer views of Playa Hermosa, and the space was immaculate. Great kitchen, BBQ, and fridge space. A five minute drive to anything in Hermosa, ~18 to anything in Coco. Zindis concierge was always very quick to respond and incredibly helpful with various bookings we made and assistance with airport transportation. I'd highly recommend this location and this management company.
