Welcome to Casa Khe (Pacifico L517) — a stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence in the heart of the Pacifico Gated Community. Designed for up to six guests, this spacious condo blends the ease of resort amenities with the comfort and privacy of home.
Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area that extends onto a private balcony overlooking tropical gardens and one of the community’s pools. The kitchen is fully equipped for both casual meals and long stays, and each bedroom is designed for rest and flexibility — two king suites and one twin (or queen-flex) room.
Guests enjoy full access to the Pacifico lifestyle: from the multiple pools, gym, and nature trails. Managed by Zindis Hospitality, your stay includes personalized service, local expertise, and the comfort of a professionally maintained home.
Note: Upon the development of the community of PACIFICO, there are some houses under construction in the community, but this condo is located away from this construction area and will not create any disturbance.

“A really special place”
This was a great air bnb and we had a fantastic stay. The Pacifico complex is a really special place with beautiful pools and a convenient on site restaurant. It's really easy to walk to the nearby grocery store and there are lots of great local restaurants to try. The Pacifico beach club is a wonderful place to spend the day and the food is delicious. All of the staff at Pacifico are warm, friendly and helpful. The Zindis team was so welcoming and very responsive, they always made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this air bnb and we look forward to visiting again!

This condo, while not near the beach, was located in a gorgeous gated community. Access to their beach club was fantastic. Food delicious. The condo was awesome...well equipped...classy...couldnt be more satisfied

“Spacious, clean and modern”
My mom and I had an amazing stay at this condo in Playas del Coco. Pacífico is a beautiful property with lush gardens and some of the nicest pools I’ve ever seen. The condo was spacious, clean, modern and was incredibly well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loads of towels, beach towels, hand soap, hair soap, and all the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. you need. I’ve been to +30 airbnbs and would say this is the most well equipped kitchen. We had a few things that needed addressed throughout the week, but our Zindis house manager, Maria, was incredibly responsive, kind and quick to resolve things. Thank you Maria! We had a wonderful stay.
“Mini Paradise”
Condo was great! Bigger than what the pictures showed and is in a great location. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk and plenty of food options within - 5 minute walk. If you want to explore Costa Rica I would recommend renting a car, but if you just want to stay in Playa Del Coco, everything is walkable or you can rent a golf cart! Pool is a mini paradise and the property is secure and safe. Condo was well stocked and had all the basic necessities. Condo complex has a gym, pickle ball courts, basketball net, multiple pools and a hot tub. Would 100% recommend this play if you are planning a trip to Playa Del Coco. Condo is located about 30 minutes from the airport.
“Perfect stay”
Absolutely perfect stay. This place is a gem and spotless. It is located overlooking the pool and close to the entrance. It was super quiet and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. Zindis and Fabrizio was great to work with. We had groceries ordered and the fridge was stocked and ready when we arrived. Highly recommend!
